This Labeler Code is used on all forms related to drug establishment registration and/or drug product listing. Per Title 21, Part 207 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and our Labeler Code Number is assigned through the FDA and the Department of Health and Human Services to US Homeopathic Labs, LLC.
